What if I start the course online, but want to change to the correspondence by mail format?
You may switch from online to correspondence by mail or vice versa for a $50 fee.
If you switch from an online to a correspondence by mail format, your materials will be mailed to you, and all passwords for the online course will be revoked.
If you switch from a correspondence by mail to an online format, you will receive passwords for you and your preceptor to access the course online.
To change the format of your course, please complete a Change in Course Format Form.
