Online Instructional Design & Technology Certificate Programs
- Focuses on either K-12 Technology Integration or Corporate Training & Performance.
- Uses project-based learning to help you know the difference between technology use and technology integration. You will apply instructional design theories rather than being tested on them.
- Accredited by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE).
- Follows the curriculum standards established by the Association for Educational Communications & Technology (AECT) and the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE).
- Designed for working professionals who are unable to complete a full-time, on-campus program.
- Available online with “live” Web classes held at set times that are convenient for you, such as in the evenings and/or weekends. You are not required to come to campus at any time.
- Lets you to review recorded classroom lectures, access course materials, and submit assignments at the time of day and place of your choice.
- Offers personalized experiences with small class sizes (15-student maximum) and student support services, such as online tutoring, library, tech support, and advising services.
- Provides access to technology resources, including your own Web space.
- Begins every Fall (August), Spring (January), or Summer (May) Semester.*
- Offers in-state tuition rate for all online courses regardless of where you live!
- Allows you to apply IDT Graduate Certificate coursework to a Master's Degree in Instructional Design & Technology.
*NOTE: For the Corporate Training & Performance Certificate, you must start in either the Fall or Summer Semester. You may not begin in the Spring Semester.
