Instructor Spotlight

Todd Fettig, course instructor for the first portion of the course, is the Sales Managers at Coldwell Banker 1st Minot Realty of Minot, ND. Todd has been managing real estate companies since 1991 and has had the opportunity to recruit, hire, and train many of the agents currently licensed in this part of North Dakota.

Teresa Halvorson, course instructor for the second portion of the course, has been involved with real estate investing since 1996. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in North Dakota and Minnesota, owned and managed a real estate brokerage firm from 2006 to 2011, and currently owns and operates On Going Education. She is a certified real estate instructor with the state of North Dakota and is certified in International Distance Education.
